I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified nutrition coach, menopause coaching specialist, and personal trainer. But more than the credentials, I’ve lived this work.
Years ago, I was at rock bottom, emotionally, physically, and mentally. As a newly single mom, I walked into a CrossFit gym with zero experience and barely any confidence. But I kept showing up. Over time, I didn’t just get stronger… I became a woman who trusted herself again.
That journey became Rebuilt With Jen, a coaching practice for women who are done with one-size-fits-all programs and ready to learn how to work with their hormones, not against them.
This isn’t about dieting harder. It’s about rebuilding from the inside out, and I’d be honored to show you how.
